Murals of Belfast

During the Troubles in the North, one medium of propaganda that both sides used was mural art. Murals continue to be a part of the sectarian violence as well as a way that the different groups promote their message, honor their history, and share their side of the story.     Great pictures Johnny. Pretty amazing that we in the U.S. don't really realize all of the conflict that continues in Northern Ireland. Keep safe.

    Yeah, it was really an eye-opener to go up there and see it all first hand. There is still a lot of tension between the two sides, and as interesting as it was, its good to be back in The Republic now.
